The VUCEM Web Services key is a 64-character code that allows your customs broker (or platforms like Camtom) to electronically transmit the MVE, COVE, and other documents to VUCEM on your behalf. Without it, you cannot file the Electronic Value Declaration.
This video walks you through the entire process in under 3 minutes — from logging into VUCEM to getting your 64-character key:
Go to ventanillaunica.gob.mx. Select the 'Con FIEL' tab. Upload your .cer and .key files, enter your password, and click 'Ingresar'.
Once inside, verify your email address is correct — the Web Services password will be sent there. Go to 'Usuarios' menu → 'Cambiar la cuenta de correo electrónico'. Update if needed.
Go back to the login page and select the 'Sin FIEL' tab. Click '¿Olvidaste tu contraseña?'. Fill in: Mexican nationality (Sí), RFC type, Persona Física or Moral, your RFC, and your Razón Social exactly as registered. Click 'Recuperar'.
VUCEM sends an email with subject 'Envío de contraseña'. Check inbox and spam. The email contains your 64-character alphanumeric Web Services key. Share it securely with your customs broker or configure it in Camtom.
Once you have your Web Services key, configure it in Camtom once. From then on, Camtom transmits your MVEs directly to VUCEM — no portal login, no session timeouts, no format errors. Under 3 minutes per MVE, under $60 MXN.
With your Web Services key and e.firma, you can generate and transmit MVEs with Camtom in minutes. No contract, no commitment.
