A CU is Camtom's universal credit unit. 1 CU equals 1 tariff classification. A document extraction costs 0.5 CU. This way you have a single metric for all products.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your admin panel. If you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately with a prorated charge. If you downgrade, the change will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I run out of CU before the end of the month?

Accepted Answer

You can keep operating without interruption. Additional operations are charged at your plan's extra CU rate (between $0.80 and $1.25 USD per CU depending on your tier). You'll receive a notification when you're close to using up your included credits.

Do unused CU roll over?

Accepted Answer

CU included in your plan renew each month and do not roll over. If you consistently have leftover CU, consider downgrading to optimize your investment. If you consistently purchase extra CU, you may benefit from upgrading to the next tier.

No, implementation is included in all our plans. Our team accompanies you during onboarding so you can start operating as quickly as possible.
